Wingra Creek Clean-Up

The Catholic Multicultural Center Community Environment Program invites you to join a fun neighborhood creek clean-up event. Volunteers will get the chance to paddle down the creek in a canoe, or for those who prefer solid ground, walk alongside the creek, picking up litter both in and around the creek. Afterwards we will go back to the CMC for ice cream! All ages are welcome; this is a family-friendly activity. Children under age 12 should be accompanied by an adult.

The group will meet at Wingra creek and Beld St., a block away from the Catholic Multicultural Center and half a block away from South Park Street. The clean-up route is about a mile long. Snacks and refreshments will be provided!
